Criteria

The cards below explain the various criteria relating to outfit images. Some of these are required and some are preferable in that they will likely lead to better results.

Body Angle Required The model's body should be upright. They should be facing the camera or up to three-quarter-turned.
Arm Folding Required The model's arms must not be folded.
Camera Angle Required Images must be taken with the camera level with the model to match user selfies.
Image Sharpness Preferable Images should be as sharp as possible. Blurry images will impact the quality of the visualizations.
Model Sizes Preferable For straight size outfits, the model should be a straight size and similarly for plus size outfits.
Hair Preferable The outfit should not be covered by the model's hair since this will hide detail which will have to be guessed.
Headwear Preferable The model should not be wearing any headwear. If they are, this will not be incorporated into the visualizations.
Bust Size Preferable Visualizations will be more accurate if the model has a smaller cup size (B cup or less).
Underwear/Bikinis Preferable Lots of visible skin leads to less accurate visualizations. So one-piece swimsuits work better than bikinis.
Hemlines Preferable A model with hands in their pockets or holding the outfit will reduce accuracy of hemlines in visualizations.
Lighting Preferable Outfit images need good studio or outdoor lighting, ideally from a professional photo shoot.
